Background
John would like to charge his Tesla Model S at home (22 Kw double charger). He lives in a detached house in U.S.
With a month left until the arrival of his Tesla Model S, John ordered a Zero X 3 phase EV charger and the installation service.Â
John orders a Zero X 3 phase EV charger and installation service, which includes site assessment and actual charging station installation.Â
Installation Appointment
First, John found a qualified EV-focused electrician in EVmart.com to conduct a site inspection. EVmart had a list of qualified EV-focused electrician worldwide for customers. Once EVmart received John’s request, EVmart found a qualified electrician in their list immediately. The electrician contacted John directly to make an appointment for inspection and installation. The electrician will visit John’s home by this week.
Inspection
An EV consumes about half of the energy an average household consumes. The electrician will determine how the installation work will be carried out based on the conditions and then provide John with a quote. On that day, the electrician arrived John’s home. Then he started the inspection. He founds that John’s home supported to 3 phase power and others stuff , which means the Zero X 3 phase EV charger can directly install without any extra work. After the inspection, the electrician gave a quote to John. John accepted it.
Installation
After John accepted the quote, the electrician started the installation during the site visit. The electrician had the required accessories and tools ready already. The installation went well. Finally, the electrician installed the Zero X 3 phase EV charger on that day successfully. John satisfied for everything including appointment, inspection and installation so much so he shared his experience with us.
