How long does it take to receive the item?

In general, you will receive the order in 3-7 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. 

Can the courier hold the shipment for me until I am available?

Please put down the ideal date and time for delivery, we will arrange. Or we can ship to a nearby pickup point, you can pick up your shipment whenever you are available. 

I am in the UK or EU, do I need to pay import duty?

We have a facility in the EU, we can ship the item to you immediately. You don’t need to pay extra duty. 

Where can you ship your products to?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that some countries may impose an import duty, such as Australia, New Zealand, South America, and Africa.
