PayPal & Stripe

PayPal and Stripe are two of the best payment options, especially when you’re shopping online. Your purchase is protected with an additional layer of security with these two options. For instance, if you don’t receive an EV charger, you can reach out, and the respective payment method – PayPal/Stripe will initiate a refund. 

With that in mind, we always ensure to have your order ready in good time and perfect condition. The refund possibility is just another security layer to ensure you have peace of mind when shopping with us. 

 

Credit Cards

Luckily, we accept all credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

You can also contact us beforehand to enquire if we accept your specific card – chances are we accept it 100% anyway, so no worries. 

Pro Tip: The billing address provided when making the order MUST BE the same as the one you gave the credit card issuer. As a way to weed off online fraud, orders bearing incorrect billing addresses will be rejected right away. 

 

Debit Cards

We accept major debit cards providers – Discover, MasterCard, Visa, UnionPay, and American Express. 

Feel free to contact us if you’re unsure about whether your debit card falls into our ‘accepted’ quota. 

Pro Tip: To avoid online fraud, orders bearing incorrect billing addresses will be rejected right away. The billing address on your order must match the one you provided to the debit card issuer. 

 



E-Cheque

Link your bank account to your PayPal account, and E-cheque will be available as a mode of payment – setting up a PayPal account takes a few minutes and is completely free. 

Note: E-cheque is only available in the United States and selected European countries. Make sure you confirm with your local PayPal office (PayPal customer service) to ensure the option is available for you.

Klarna

Can’t pay in full? No worries!

Buy Now & Pay Later with Klarna. 

Slice up your payment with Klarna. And the best thing about it is you don’t have to pay interest if you pay in 12 months, but you can arrange payments for up to 24 months based on your situation. You’ll find the option at checkout and be redirected to the Klarna application form, where you can select a plan. And once you’re approved, you’re all set!

Klarna credit accounts are subject to credit approval and terms. 

Note: Klarna is available for US customers only. US and UK customers can make use of PayPal credit. 

PayPal Credit – offers interest-free installments for payment plans spanning 6/12 months. 

For customers in the US and UK, you can use PayPal Credit to check out. It’s a flexible 6-months interest-free monthly plan powered by PayPal.

Bank Transfer

Also referred to as wire transfer, bank transfer allows our customers to transfer money to a bank account from anywhere in the world. We’ll provide you with a secure reference (sort) number and bank account details to simplify the process. 

Note: Double-check the account and sort number to ensure you send the payments to our account so we can initiate the delivery process right away. 

 

 

Cryptocurrency

As a new and up-and-coming payment method, cryptocurrency offers the most strict anonymity and privacy advantages you’ll ever need. Most importantly, cryptocurrency is becoming more accepted around the world, especially for cross-border payments. 

Besides the unmatched anonymity, crypto payments are instant and fast. And all you need is the internet and our wallet address to pay for your EV charger.

EVmart adopts Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to enhance client safety and create a secure shopping experience. This modern and enhanced security technology encrypts and protects data sent via the internet—everything from personal information to bank details. 

Note: You can quickly tell whether SSL is enabled – you’ll see a padlock at the top of your browser. Click the padlock and learn more about the specific SSL digital certificate registration. 

You can also tell by looking at how the URL field begins at the top of your browser. If it starts with ‘https:’ instead of the standard ‘http:,’ you’re in a secure mode. 

Please note that our employees DO NOT store and access any credit card details. We treat your banking information with the utmost confidentiality and directly send it to your credit card issuer. 

Polite Reminder: Don’t even bother asking an employee to place an order for you via Live Chat because they won’t help – again, we don’t access or store your credit card info.
